| The institution had a humble beginning with just three rooms in a primary school with a total number of 306 students taking admissions to undergraduate (BA, B.Com. and BBM) courses. In the year 2010 Science (B.Sc.) was introduced and subsequently in 2012 post graduate courses in History and Economics is introduced. In Continuing 2015-16 we started BA in Journalism with History and Optional English. The institution has completed seven academic years and entered eight year with the strength of more than 3000 students.
Now the college has 2.00 acres of own land. The built- up area is 2750.9 square meters hoisting class rooms, laboratories, library, auditorium, seminar hall, sports room etc. The institution has faculty with rich academic excellence. Efforts are being made for establishment of smart class rooms. The college is affiliated to Bangalore University. Recognition by UGC under 2(f) is awaited. |
