M. V. Kalidas has over 34 years of experience leading Senior Management teams spanning IT Products and Services in organizations like Wipro, HCL, Microsoft, and E-Dictate. Currently VP at Inpods, an Edu-Tech startup. He has helped over 50 Higher Education institutions and Universities to implement Outcome-Based Education(OBE). He has conducted OBE workshops in over 15 colleges. He is an empanelled resource person for OBE workshops conducted by NIT Warangal and Manipal University. He is a 1985 graduate from the NIT,Srinagar. He is a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma.
