The challenge of any College is to help develop the nation by generating adequate human resource, through educating and training people to work in fields where they will be valued both for their specialized knowledge, technical, communication, research, leadership and innovation skills, and entrepreneurship. Our Sir M V Government Science College, Bommanakatte, Bhadravathi with motto Jyanam Vignana Samhitam offers only science stream in under graduate level and post graduate level. Our M.Sc. Industrial Chemistry department have recognized as Research Centre by Kuvempu University and students are involved in Research activities for pursuing Ph.D Degree. With an innovative spirit in teaching, learning and research, we want our students to become responsible citizens.
