FUNCTIONS OF STAFF WELFARE COMMITTEE
To build healthy working environment and foster good relationship among the staff.
To plan and organize programs for overall professional development of faculty members.
Maintaining the relevant records relating to the development programmes.
To help the faculty members in the times of illness and difficulties
Represent the staff and forward the complaints & grievances of the staff to chairman of the
committee
Organizing Welcome and farewell parties to the faculties.
