Maharani’s Women’s Commerce and Management College, Mysore, is a Government of Karnataka institution, bifurcated in the year 2013-14 from erstwhile Maharani’s Women’s Arts, Commerce and Management College, Mysore. The college caters to the educational needs of girls belonging to socially and economically backward communities and most of them hail from rural areas. We strive to nurture students with emphasis on their holistic development and empower them to pursue a career in various conventional and non-conventional business domains. The college is equipped with state-of-the-art class rooms, computer laboratory, enriched library, Reading room, Auditorium, Hostel facility etc. The industry-academia interface is encouraged by conducting Career Guidance and Placement activities in the college regularly. Extra-curricular and Co-curricular activities are conducted to unearth and encourage the hidden talents in students. The faculty members discharge their duties with utmost dedication, commitment, passion and courage. Non-teaching staff serving in office administration, library, and hostel serve with utmost concern towards the students. In the years ahead, the college will continue to uphold the rich legacy of being number one Government College for Commerce and Management Education in the University of Mysore region and strive hard to become one of the best national academic institutions. In this endeavor, we believe that all the stakeholders are equally important but the most important stakeholder and the strength of the college is the STUDENTS, and enabling them accomplish social and economic prosperity is the top most priority of the faculty and non-teaching staff.
