OUR LIBRARY SERVICES

LIBRARY WORKING HOUR:

Generally the library will be kept open on all working days MONDAY TO SATURDAY 10.00 a.m to 05.00 p.m. (Except Sunday and General Holidays). On examination it will be kept open from 9.00 a.m to 5.30 p.m

BOOKS FACILITIES:

2 Books will be issued on Borrowers card for 15 days to all the students.

SC/ST BOOK BANK

2 Books will be issued for the entire year/Semester to the SC/ST students

JOURNALS AND PERIODICALS FACILITY:

Journal, Periodicals and Magazines will be issued to the students on demand for home reading for ONE day on production of identity cards.

USERS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME:

The Fresher's are formally introduce to the library services and facilities at the beginning of every academic year, class wise about Books, Journals, Periodicals, Magazines and others.

REFERENCE SECTION:

The reference section will be kept open during library hours. Books, journals, and periodicals issued on identity cards for reference.

INTERNET FACILITY GUIDANCE

For effective usage of internet for collection of right information during the times of its necessity to all Teaching Faculty, Students, and Administrative Staff . In this direction, the library provides the facilities about use of internet, E-mail and other application.

NEW ARRIVALS DISPLAY:

Some selected titles of new books acquired by the library are displayed in New arrivals Display racks for the benefit of users. These books will be on display for at list one week after that they will be made available to borrow.

INTER LIBRARY LOANS:

It is not possible for any institution, however rich its resources, to buy all the books published even in a discipline. Hence it is inevitable to depend on other sister organization to share information sources for the mutual benefit for the users

NEWS PAPER CLIPPING SERVICE:

Press clipping service is one of the most important services in a library. The press clipping means the cutting of news items which are useful to the student's staff or to the principal. These paper cutting will be displayed for one week and will be filed for future reference.

XEROX/REPROGRAPHIC SERVICE:

The library yet to start/provide reprographic service to the users on priority basis. This saves the time of the users to a great extent.

Competitive exam study corner:

Library has started Competitive exam study corner in the library where Competitive exam books are kept for the study and reference

Employment notification notice Board:

Employment notification notice Boards also displayed (in this Latest Employment Notifications are displayed) at the entrance of the Library to the benefits of the students community

Wall Magazine board:

Wall Magazine board is provided at the entrance of the library for students to display their creative writings.

Question Bank/Digitization of Question Papers:

All the Question Papers of UG Course B.Com and BBA Form 2018 and PG Course MBA and M.Com Form 2014 are digitized and kept available online for the use of staff and students.
