The Alumni Association of Govt. First Grade College for Women, Balmatta, Mangalore calls for regular meetingswith its members to discuss matters regarding progress of the college. Foremost, the office bearers are elected to the association to facilitate smooth operation of activities. In addition,membership drive is initiated by the office bearers to garner support for their alma mater.As the college is gearingup for NAAC accreditation, the association ably assists our college with its expertise and valuable input as the case may be.Moreover, the Alumni Association conducts varied resourceful programmes for the benefit of our students such ascareer guidance, job opportunities in banks, leadership skills,to name a few.Also, the association provides beneficial suggestionsfor improving the facilities within the limited means as also enabling the institution in making headway.
