This college was established during the academic year 2007-08 at Government Higher Primary School Building, Manahalli to fulfill the aspirations of the backward, rural and poor students. Now the college is functioning in the new own building on the Manahalli - Hokrana road opposite Government Pre University College. This college is located at convenient place and well connected by road and so it is easily accessible by the students coming nearby villages.
