Strengths:

1. Qualified, experienced and dedicated teaching faculty.
2. Computer Laboratories.
3. Good Library facility with qualified librarian.
4. Faculties contributing their ideas in developing and implementing of curriculum in BOS of affiliated University.
5. Use of ICT in teaching learning process.
6. Effective academic monitoring of student and counselling through teachers.
7. Regular remedial coaching classes
8. Active NSS Unit, Sport, Scouts and Guide, Culture activities, Red cross and Red Ribbon unit.
9. Different committees for student support like women cell, sexual harassment cell, Placement Cell, Seva Sindhu, Maitra help desk and etc.  

10. Students are the beneficiaries of many government scholarship.

11. Safe and Secured Environment for girl students.

Weaknesses:

1. Lack of infrastructure [Building under construction]
2. Moderate Placement ratio.
3. Less student pursuing higher education in B.A background.
4. Involvement of Alumni at Institute level is less.
5. Students with very weak English language skills
6. Shortage of permanent faculties for many subjects.

Opportunities:

1. To arrange more number coaching classes for competitive exams.
2. To arrange specialized Training programs by the faculty.
3. Scope for improvement of digital literacy amongst women.
4. Opportunity in the promotion of sports/cultural events.

Challenges:

1. More placements in core companies.
2. Encouraging students for competitive examinations and higher studies.
3. Girl students with varied socio- economic background.
