Our Institution has a vision to create sensitized citizens empowered with skills, knowledge and potentials required for excellence . With this vision in mind, the Add on/ Certificate courses are offered to the students to enhance their knowledge and skills in addition to the regular academic curriculum. The institution has offered a certificate course on Computer Skills to M.com students, certificate course on Consumer Laws’ and Unnati‘s UNXT Skill Development Program’ were offered to graduating students in their final year in streams like BA, B.Com, BBA and B.Sc.

Objectives:
The Certificate Course is aimed at building capacities of the participants by offering them a sound theoretical grounding of the concepts as well as exposing them to the actual application of it. This would bring coherence and synergy between pedagogy and practice.

The certificate courses are structured envisioning following Objectives:
 To facilitate students with ample opportunities to develop their talents and skills for their
better career prospects.
 To enable students to face the competitive world with updated information and soft
skills.
 To impart knowledge and technical skills for enhancing employability and self-reliance.
 To develop the essential qualities necessary for success in a rapidly changing
technological environment.

Outcomes:
 The students were familiarised with the consumer laws and their applicability.
 The sectoral perspectives on consumer interests and laws were apprised to the
learners.
 The students were provided with hands -on experience in fundamentals of computer
applications and software.
 Problem solving skills were demonstrated to participating students.
 Through skill development programs students were able to acquire soft skills and
employability skills.

These courses help the students in leveraging their skillful knowledge and assist them in
making career decisions commensurate with their potential.
