The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the young army wing, headquarters located in New Delhi, Delhi, India. The NCC in India was established during the year 1948 based on the act National Cadet Corps. It is open on a voluntary basis to school and college students. NCC is aimed at helping young people of the world, to become disciplined and loyal citizens. The NCC in India is a volunteer association that recruits cadets from high schools to university level throughout India. The cadets will get basic military training in small arms and drill.
