Strength

  • Highly competent and dedicated faculty

Weakness

  • Insufficient grants in development works
  • Scarcity of computers
  • College has no status of UGC 2f and 12b status
  • Lack of communicative skills in English language among the rural students
  • Shortage of fund to organize various seminars, conferences, workshops etc.
  • Insufficient funds to library

 

Opportunities

  • To develop college as ‘Model College’
  • To establish language lab
  • To start professional training centre
  • To introduce Science undergraduate programs (UG) for the benefit of rural students.
  • Coaching classes for various competitive exams

 

Challenges

  • Lack of academic autonomy has resulted in less scope for research in UG level.
  • To enable and empower our rural students to well-verse with communicative English
  • Limited financial support from government.
  • As our college is situated in rural area BSNL broadband facility is not available.
  • Competition from nearby private colleges.
