Code of Conduct for Staff

1. For Staff

• Faculty should follow the rules and regulations of Government of Karnataka (GoK) and Department of Collegiate Education (DCE) time to time.

• Faculty should maintain work dairy and attendance.

• Faculty should maintain and submit departmental as well as individual time table.

• Faculty should always contribute towards the vision and mission of the college.

• Faculty should always conduct student centric activities.

• Faculty should involve in research activities.

• Faculty must always implement innovative practices in teaching.

• Examination work and Evaluation is mandatory.

• Faculty should attend various seminars,conferences and workshops in their respective disciplines.

• Faculty should write and present research papers in the various journals, book chapters and conference proceedings etc.

• Faculty should assist the Principal in the administrative work.

• Faculty should execute the curricular and co curricular activities effectively.

• Faculty to perform the role and responsibility of a tutor, mentor and guide to the students.

• Faculty should co-operate with principal, colleagues, non -teaching staff and supportive staff towards the overall development of the institution.
