About Us

   Government First Grade college Hunasagi is one of the colleges of Kalyana Karnataka (Earlier Hyderabad Karnataka). Our college is situated in Hunasagi town, which is 86 kilometers away from district place Yadgir and 506 kilometers away from capital city Bengaluru. It is established in 2013 as a result of continuous efforts of leaders and interested people of this region.  This college is governed by Department of Collegiate Education, Government of Karnataka and Affiliated to Gulbarga University Kalaburagi.  This institution is established to fulfil the aspirations of socially and economically backward students of Hunasagi and surrounding rural area. Our college is providing undergraduate studies with co-education facility in Arts and Commerce.

Mission

     Our mission is to provide an opportunity of higher education to the socially and economically weaker sections of the society in rural area. We are working to facilitate the girls of the rural areas to pursue higher education. We are here to motivate our students to develop and exhibit their creativity and Productivity, and to sensitize learners towards inclusive social concerns, human rights, gender and environmental issues.

2. Increasing enrolment with special preference to Girls & Differently abled students.

3. Providing latest resource books and e-learning resources.

4. To increase the employability amongst students.

5. To attain the status of best educational institution in the region.
