1. Libraries need to register their members in Circulation Module with 10 digits mobile no.

2. First time after installation, member needs to select his/her cluster from list and then his/her library. For getting OTP - member needs to type his/her member no. Once registered successfully then no login required for future till u update the App or re-install it.
