| About us Government First Grade College, Dharwad is one of the biggest higher education Institutions in North Karnataka. It was established in 2006 with a mere strength of 64 students. It has been developed in to a well-known institution with 4184 students in 2022. The college begins functioning in Vidyabhavan campus on college road, Dharwad in 2006. Later, it has developed its own building in a strategies location near New Bus stand with 2.29 acres of land given by the government. The college is given 2f and 12B status by UGC. The college has been accredited with ‘B’ in its first cycle by NAAC in 2017.
