I heartily welcome you to Government First Grade College for Women, Chikkamagaluru. This is one of the reputable colleges under the Department of Collegiate and Technical Education, Government of Karnataka and affiliated to Kuvempu University.
Education is a continuous process. Quality, skill and transformation are the central focus of higher education. To churn out the talents of younger generation and to groom them through skill-based quality education is the aim of our institution. In this direction, our college is striving towards transforming the young girls into empowered individuals.
Our ive is to develop this college as a model institution for women empowerment by rendering quality education and skill-based training. We wish to ensure employability to all students and make ready them into self-dependent individuals.
