Government First Grade College, BHALKI, set-up by the Department of Collegiate Education, Govt. of Karnataka, in the year 2007, to uplift the backward students of Bhalki, Bidar-district by providing them the facilities for Higher Education.

To impart quality  higher education by adopting  innovative  methods   to the aspirants in conducive  academic environment  by providing all the  facilities they need for their  smooth, effective and meaningful learning and giving them ample opportunities for their personality development with a focus  on holistic  approach and stimulate  them to  develop requisite qualities and competencies  in a right spirit with a desire  either to  meet  the changing requirements  of the  competitive global job markets  or  to be a successful
